I used the Project feature in Yelp to find an electrician. Jose with J&S Electrical Solutions was the first to reach out with the soonest availability. When I responded that the next day worked for me, he confirmed asap. There were no reviews so I wasn't sure what to expect. He gave me a window of 2 hours (12-2). at 11:45 he texted for my address. By 12:30 he had arrived.
Jose was respectful of my home the entire time he was there. He took care to cover his shoes prior to entering my home. He also introduced himself at the door. He greeted me with a smile. In less than 5 minutes he heard about our issue with the electric going out and what was going on and conversed with us about it. He gave us two options to address the issue, one of them being a full diagnostic costing $347. He walked us through the pros and cons of both options.
He fixed the issue within 10 minutes. We are very pleased with the work done. We learned that this is he and his wife's business. He is licensed in North Carolina and serves the greater Charlotte area (we live in Harrisburg). I can also appreciate anyone providing a service with integrity and good customer service. So glad we were able to support a local, family owned business. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs. I will definitely hold on to his card.

J&S did a bunch of work for me from new circuits, new wiring, panel upgrades, new switches, new flat panel lighting, new outlets and it was all excellent.
